Tyler Endebrock, Founder & CEO
Tyler Endebrock (also known as “T.J.” to family, friends, and clients) brings a wealth of knowledge, education, and experience in the sports industry as the Founder & CEO of ETM. Since launching the agency in 2020, Tyler has helped dozens of coaches and executives achieve career-changing opportunities, while negotiating millions of dollars in contracts across college and professional sports.
In 2024, Tyler received two major awards, honoring his work in the sports industry. In April, Tyler was one of three selections for the University of Florida’s College of Health and Human Performance’s ‘Outstanding Young Alumni’ award, given to graduates of the college who have proven exemplary work in their career and community, within 10 years of graduation. Then in October, Tyler received the prestigious ‘10 UNDER 10’ award from Conduct Detrimental, an annual honor for individuals with exceptional contributions to sports law, within 10 years of law school graduation.
Before launching ETM, Tyler oversaw compliance for the State of Iowa’s first legal sports wagering and fantasy sports programs. However, he quickly realized this was not the job for him as it did not fulfill his need to work directly with athletic personnel. So, he departed from the State to create ETM.
Before his time in Iowa, Tyler’s experience with athletic personnel includes working in contract analysis, professional development, recruiting, and marketing with college and NFL athletes and coaches at Select Sports Group, advising and collaborating with agents and athletes seeking financing from Sure Sports, and developing and tutoring athletes and coaches at the University of Florida. He also led marketing and public relations efforts—working with brands such as AB InBev, Adidas, Bleacher Report, Nike, and many more—to help grow Front Office Sports into the leading sports business media platform, and wrote numerous articles covering the sports agent industry as a Contributor for Sports Agent Blog.
As someone who is passionate about helping others find their path in the industry and giving back to the community, Tyler serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the College of Education and G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas, and has been invited to speak on his career at schools including The Ohio State University, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Southern Methodist University, and more. He has also been involved in the NFL Players Association’s #AthleteAnd initiative, helping NFL athletes prepare for life after football.
Tyler’s volunteer experience includes assisting in the operations of multiple athletic events at the University of Florida, working youth football camps hosted by NFL players such as Kerry Hyder Jr., Caleb Benenoch, Kony Ealy, and Christian Covington, and serving as a pro bono legal volunteer for the Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Florida.
After moving from his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, Tyler received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport Management and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where he held executive positions as President of the Gator Sport Management Organization (GSMO) and President & Founder of Gator Campus Car Enthusiasts (GCCE).
He then graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, where he served as the Director of Operations & Treasurer of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society (ESLS), Secretary of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society (IPCLS), and Marshal of the Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) Law Fraternity - Mentschikoff Chapter, in addition to attending the law school’s Summer In Spain study abroad program.
While pursuing his law degree, Tyler also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University, where he was President & Founder of the Sports Administration Club (SpoAd Club) and attended the business school’s Summer In Israel study abroad program.
Tyler currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his dog, Lenny.

Janese Constantine, Agent/Director of Client Operations
Janese Constantine (formerly Banks) came to ETM in late 2023 after an incredibly successful playing and coaching career in women’s basketball. Serving as Agent/Director of Client Operations, Janese will focus on professionally developing ETM’s current roster with personal brand enhancement and new leadership opportunities, while recruiting high-level new clients. Her unique combination of leadership development, recruiting, fundraising, NIL, brand building, strategic planning, customer service, and an overall expertise in building relationships make her perfectly suited to help ETM clients take the next steps in their careers. Additionally, she comes from a coaching family with deep ties in the industry, so she understands firsthand how to manage a family and successful career in athletics.
Her most recent coaching stint came as an Assistant with the Alabama Women’s Basketball program from 2020 to 2023, where she helped the Crimson Tide to two NCAA Tournaments–including the team’s first NCAA Tourney since 1999–and an appearance in the 2022 WNIT Great 8. She joined Alabama after spending four seasons at Indiana, where she helped the team set then-program records for Overall Wins, Big Ten Wins, and made the Big Ten Tournament Semifinals for the first time since 2006. The 2019 team reached the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament, while the 2018 team captured the WNIT Championship with an overall record of 23-14. The previous year, she helped the team to the WNIT Great 8, which made it the first time in school history that the school had back-to-back 20-win seasons. At both Alabama and Indiana, Janese was named to Silver Wave Media’s 50 Most Impactful Women’s Basketball Assistants list.
Before heading to IU, Janese spent the previous two seasons as an Assistant Coach working with post players at IUPUI, where she helped lead the Jaguars to a 21-win season in 2016, the third-highest win total in a single year in program history and the second-highest number of wins for the school in Division I history. Prior to IUPUI, Janese spent two seasons as an Assistant Coach working with point guards at Milwaukee, after serving as a Graduate Assistant at Auburn in 2012.
Janese began her coaching career in 2011 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Ben Davis High School in Indiana, the same high school where she was named Gatorade Player of the Year, an Indiana All-Star, and an All-State selection in 2004 before committing to play collegiately at Wisconsin.
Prior to entering the coaching ranks, Janese played for the Badgers from 2004 to 2008, where she finished her career averaging 12.8 Points, 5.3 Rebounds, and 2.7 Assists per game across four seasons. She was a three-time All-Big Ten selection on the court, while also earning Academic All-Big Ten recognition three times off the floor. Janese ended her career at Wisconsin as one of 10 players in Badgers history to eclipse 1,500 career points. After college, Janese played professionally in Ukraine, Switzerland, and Iceland.
During her time as an award-winning student-athlete, the Indianapolis native obtained her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Legal Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, while then working as a Graduate Assistant and graduating with a Master of Education (MEd) in Adult and Coaching Education and Teaching from Auburn University.
Janese and her husband Paul, the Associate Director of Strength & Conditioning for the Atlanta Falcons, live in Atlanta, Georgia with their sons, Paul (PJ), Anthony (Ace), and Joseph (JoJo). Her father, James Banks, is the Program Director for the Nike EYBL Indy Gym Rats, one of the most successful AAU programs in the country. Her brother, former 5-star Quarterback recruit James Banks Jr., was named Indiana’s Mr. Football in 2001 and played Quarterback and Wide Receiver for the Tennessee Volunteers.

Ben Baroody joins ETM in 2025 as a Senior Advisor for Client Enrichment & Agency Development, following a nine-year career as a front office executive with MLB’s Texas Rangers, helping the franchise win their first ever World Series Title in 2023. In late 2024, Ben left the Texas Rangers to join Abilene Christian University (ACU) as the Associate Vice President for Strategic Sports Partnerships, a role that will enhance ETM’s professional development for all clients. Ben will work congruently with ACU to help coaches and executives as they ascend in professional baseball, while also providing in-depth, personalized development and career preparation for ETM clients.
At ACU, Ben leads development of strategic partnerships between ACU and professional sports teams, major sports brands, and K-12 school districts. This role serves as a global expansion similar to the programs ACU and the Texas Rangers built under Baroody's tenure with the Rangers, with the expansion including:
Master of Science in Sports Leadership: Designed for those seeking leadership roles within sports organizations, this program emphasizes the development of visionary, ethical, and effective leaders in a range of athletic environments.
Player Pathway Program: A pioneering initiative developed in collaboration with the Texas Rangers that’s now available to any sports team. This program offers athletes the opportunity to further their education while continuing their athletic careers, with courses in mental performance, leadership development, and cross-cultural communication.
Leadership Academy for Pro Sports Personnel: A professional development program focused on leadership, organizational culture and career growth for players, staff, coaches, and front-office personnel in professional sports organizations.
Bachelor of Science in Sports Leadership: This upcoming degree program is designed for students interested in pursuing leadership roles within athletic organizations, emphasizing a foundation in sports management, leadership, and organizational behavior.
Strategic Sports Leadership Consulting: Partner with organizations to translate research-driven insights into actionable strategies, driving growth, enhancing success, and creating a competitive edge in high-performance leadership.
Prior to joining ACU, Ben most recently served as the Director of Leadership & Staff Development, Player Enrichment Programs, and Mind Health with the Texas Rangers, a role he held since 2021. His position oversaw the organization’s programs for players and staff on career development, leadership and personal development, mental health and mental performance, education initiatives, and culture and organizational development for the Texas Rangers’ Baseball Operations Department. He had also been on the organization’s DEI/Community Impact Advisory board for the past four seasons. This makes Ben one of the most well-equipped people in the industry to assist our clients in taking the next steps in their careers.
A highly-respected professional baseball executive, Ben originally joined the Texas Rangers prior to the 2016 season, where he served as the Manager of Amateur Scouting. After three successful years in this position, he was promoted to Director of Baseball Operations ahead of the 2019 season, where he was responsible for coordinating the administration for the Baseball Operations department, including salary arbitration, Major and Minor League contract negotiations and processing, Major League roster management, payroll and transactions, department staff development initiatives, budgets and finances, pro and amateur scouting assignments, and the department’s lead on the planning and construction of Globe Life Field, which opened in 2020.
From 2009-2016, Ben spent seven years at MLB’s Commissioner’s Office in New York, where he held several different roles including Senior Director of Baseball Development (2012-2016), Manager of Minor League Operations (2010-2012), and Administrator of Major League Operations (2009-2010).
During his time at MLB, he handled administrative functions involving transactions, rules, contracts, and the Rule 4 and 5 Drafts, served as a liaison between clubs’ player development departments and Minor League Baseball, and oversaw MLB Urban Youth Academies, serving thousands of young players daily. He also developed the Breakthrough Series instructional showcase program and Elite Development Invitational, which focused on efforts to benefit players from potentially at-risk communities. Additionally, he served as lead for event coordination and roster selection of the All-Star Futures Game and event coordinator for several World Baseball Classic events in Taiwan and Japan.

Originally from Manchester, NH, Ben attended Trinity High School, serving as baseball captain while playing basketball and golf. He earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing & Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University while working in the Athletic Department in 2006, and then completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SNHU while working at the MLB Commissioner’s Office in 2012.
